How to Turn Off Pop-Up Blocker and Clear the Pop-Up Blocker Exception List

The online testing software requires your system to be configured to permit pop-ups. This means that ALL pop-up blockers must be DISABLED before you can begin your test.

Due to the numerous pop-up blocking applications available to the public, we show instructions here to turn off pop-up blockers from only a limited number of programs. If you cannot find instructions here, you may contact Technical Support at uspstechsupport@psionline.com.

  1. Click the Menu button in the top right corner.
  2. Choose Settings.

  1. Click on Show advanced settings.
  2. Click on Content Settings button.

  1. Under Pop-Ups,
  1. Select Allow all sites to show Pop-ups.
  2. Close the Options - Content Settings tab on your browser, to close the settings.

How to Clear Pop-up Exception List
  1. Under Pop-ups,
  2. Click on Manage exceptions....

  1. In Pop-up Exceptions page,
  2. Under Hostname Pattern,
  3. Delete all Hostnames with *.psionline.com.
  4. Close the Options - Content Settings tab on your browser, to close the settings.
